I've received my gift - now what?

Activating your voucher is necessary to make a booking
You MUST activate your gift in order to both book the service and receive the correct voucher which details joining instructions. The voucher is your proof of payment for the service supplier. The gift certificate is not a travel voucher and will not be accepted by the service supplier
Click on "Activate Your Voucher" - you'll need the information on your gift certificate to start
Some tours or activities do not operate every day. See the gift details to check before selecting your date. You may have to exchange your gift for another if it isn't operating during your stay
You can purchase additional accommodation, sightseeing and activities if you wish during the activation process
Gifts must be activated within 12 months of purchase. Check your gift certificate for the actual expiry date
If you exchange your gift, the value of it will be shown in your cart as a credit next to "Less Gift Wrapped Passport or Payments" and will be deducted from the total
Refunds are not available for unused credit or expired gifts - please refer to our Terms & Conditions

If you have received gifts of single night's accommodation (as part of a longer stay), exchange the gift, then browse accommodation and make your selection for your whole stay. The 'exchanged' gift value will appear in your cart as a credit next to "Less Gift Wrapped Passport or Payments" and will be deducted from the total
If you have received a gift of a tour for 1 person (and you want to add another person), exchange the gift then browse sightseeing & activities and make your selections for your preferred date(s). The 'exchanged' gift value will appear in your cart as a credit next to "Less Gift Wrapped Passport or Payments" and will be deducted from the total
If you have received Gift Wrapped Passports, the value of these will appear in your cart as a credit next to "Less Gift Wrapped Passport or Payments" and will be deducted from the total
